As you may have heard, we are currently undergoing a £25m development plan, as we take Dundonald Links from an exceptional golf course to the ultimate 5 star luxury golf resort.
The facility will include 18 luxury lodges, which feature two, four or six bedrooms, and a selection of luxury rooms, all custom-designed with golfers in mind. We will also be building a new clubhouse, which will be the utmost in refined comfort and elegance. Finally, Kyle Phillips will be returning to work with us as we invest over £1m on the course to improve the playing experience.
This is a hugely exciting time for Dundonald Links, and as you can see from the images below, the development is progressing at pace.
You will see the steelwork on the new clubhouse is near completion and staircases are now added. We’re currently installing the roof supporting angles before moving on to the final sections.
Holorib decking is being installed and stud welding has also began. New car park is being constructed.
Below is an image from one of the lodge clusters, which surround a large practice putting green. The lodge areas are now prepared and we have begun pouring the concrete bases. We are hoping every lodge base will be poured before Christmas.
Finally, the practice ground. This is now stripped and work has begun on shaping the area as well as work on the new short game areas. There will be no better place to work on your game before you get out on the golf course.
